HEINEKEN’s Bazar Coffee and Tea found itself in a remarkable situation: skyrocketing to second place in hospitality coffee from its introduction, it suddenly noticed a market decline. Apparently, hospitality staff and outlet owners needed a story. An insight. An identity that resonates.

We placed middle segment Bazar right at the heart of coffee’s role in any social situation: a silent witness to chats and talks and get-togethers across the country. This new position formed the fuel for an entirely new identity, from crockery to packaging, from brand website to sales materials. Facilitating, connecting, soothing.
