Most car commercials tend to deliver a message of what we call distant desirability: wide mountain hero shots, empty roads, riding shiny towards the horizon. But what if a car brand struggles with exactly this lack of closeness among its target? For SEAT Netherlands, we managed to bring its line of SUV’s surprisingly close. Ten target cities in The Netherlands star in this online series, which was broadcasted by geo-targeting - ultimately serving viewers in Eindhoven a different commercial than viewers in Groningen.
